By acceptance of the quote you accept my terms and conditions:
Kay Ransom Photography will need to be briefed and everything agreed to in full prior to the commencement date of any work. This will need to include:
1. Description of Work.
Job title.
Purpose for images.
Number of images.
Subject matter.
Image style.
File format required.
Size required.
Any other technical specifications required.
2. Deadlines and Dates.
The date for work to be carried out.
The deadline for delivery of final full resolution, un-watermarked images.
3. Copyright.
Copyright (c) Kay Ransom Moral Rights Asserted. This work may not be reproduced, sold or used outside the agreed terms without the permission of Kay Ransom.
Permission will be granted to the client who has booked the shoot, this can be obtained in writing upon request
4. Reservation of Rights.
Kay Ransom Photography will be able to use any created images for her own portfolio (unless an NDA or another agreement has been made).
5. Fee.
The client agrees to pay the following:
The full figure for completed work as quoted and agreed to.
Any expenses (travel, hotels etc.) as quoted.
6. Additional Usage.
If the client wishes to make any additional use of the work, the client agrees to seek permission from me and make such payments as are agreed to between the parties at that time.
7. Payment.
The client agrees to pay, in full, Kay Ransom Photography within 21 days from the date of billing, which shall be dated as the date of delivery of any work. Overdue payments (starting at 28 days late) shall be subject to interest charges of 8% over base rate per month – Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
8. Ownership.
Ownership of the work shall remain with Kay Ransom Photography, until the client has paid Kay Ransom Photography in full. Upon payment permission will be granted to the client who has booked the shoot, (this can be obtained in writing upon request).
9. Copyright Notice.
Copyright notice in the name of Kay Ransom Photography need not accompany any work when it is reproduced, once payment has been received in full, unless agreed to prior to the commencement of work.
10. Credit.
Credit in the name of Kay Ransom Photography need not accompany any work when it is reproduced, once payment has been received in full, unless agreed to prior to the commencement of work.
